USGBC Central Pennsylvania Chapter

We will gather at Conewago Enterprises' new LEED Gold office building at 6 pm on September 16 for networking, food, and refreshments. Starting at about 6:30, tours of Conewago's precast plant and steel fabrication operation, as well as the office building, will begin.

Conewago Enterprises is located at 660 Edgegrove Road Hanover PA 17331.

At 7:15 we will have a technical program on two subjects:

• Factoring the thermal mass of concrete into building energy simulations.
• Observations on renovating and occupying an existing building in an urban setting, based on experience of Fulton Financial at its LEED-certified regional service center on South George Street in York.

We expect the program to run until about 8:30 pm.

Although we will not have the seminar approved by GBCI for continuing education credit, we will provide registrants with documentation to support their LEED credential renewals.
